Category Marketing Manager (Streetsboro, OH)

The Category Manager position at Spectrum Diversified Designs is accountable for the profitable growth and development of a portfolio of products through the management of existing product lines, and the development of new products that create value and differentiation in the marketplace. Working closely with a cross-functional team of product designers and sourcing professionals, this role helps set a culture of customer-focused innovation by using market research and customer insights to better understand user needs. As a key member of the marketing organization, the Category Manager participates in the development of the overall marketing strategy, which includes new product development, product positioning, pricing, packaging, research, and go-to-market strategies.

Position Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sourcing Managers, Product Designers, and Operations Managers to successfully launch new product initiatives that are on-time and on-budget.
  • Understand current and evolving customer and business trends and translate them into a new product development vision and roadmap.
  • Organize and drive conceptual brainstorming and research activities for new ideas.
  • Set 1-3-year product plans for category growth through new products and organic growth via new and existing accounts.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of assigned products and the overall industry.
  • Have excellent knowledge of managed products, as well as the industry, competitive products, and emerging trends.
  • Assist in establishing product development processes, best practices, and policies.
  • Oversee and ensure the utilization of a consistent and objective process to prioritize and select product offerings and enhancements.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with other internal department, including; Sourcing, Product Design, Purchasing, and Customer Service.
  • Lead the organization’s annual SKU rationalization process.
  • Act as the organization’s subject-matter-expert for assigned products categories and lead internal and external product knowledge training.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
  • Stage-gate product development experience
  • Prior housewares/CPG industry experience
  • Excellent project leadership skills
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

E-Commerce Sales Support Analyst (Streetsboro, OH)

SUMMARY

The E-Commerce Sales Support Analyst will work closely with the E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Manager as well as graphics, logistics, design, customer service and sales team. This includes, but is not limited to; new product additions, weekly reporting, content uploads & PDP maintenance. You will be responsible for delivering information across all web channels ensuring that corporate brand and marketing strategies are followed. The E-Commerce Sales Support Analyst will partner with the sales & marketing team on all projects and initiatives and will be a key connecting partner to the Customer Service & Logistics team. We are looking for a self-motivated, strategic thinker and a team player with excellent communication skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, measure, analyze, report on all key performance indicators, and provide recommendations to leadership and sales as needed
  • Reviews transaction data, reports, customer feedback, and analytics; provides recommendations and assists in developing new strategies, offerings and initiatives to maximize sales
  • Responsible for day to day maintenance of e-commerce platforms including Zulily, Home Depot.com, Target.com, Lowes.com, Macys.com, and more.
  • Perform regular competitive benchmarking and recommend opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Support report requests including gathering, sourcing, validating and analyzing data, synthesizing insights, and presenting results
  • Analyze performance and impact of product and marketing investments with key accounts to determine impact and ROI
  • Prepare summaries of findings for use in customer and internal presentations
  • Daily Amazon administrative support including assistance with reporting, 3rd party monitoring, product listing/photo maintenance, among other tasks
  • Capacity to handle tight and last-minute changes, adapt quickly and problem-solve independently
  • Respond to comments, questions and messages across social media platforms
  • Execute tactical marketing projects and assignments as necessary

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience related to retail sales & e-commerce
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Familiarity with e-commerce portals such as Zulily, HomeDepot.com, Macys.com and other selling platforms a plus
  • Experience analyzing and manipulating data, drawing conclusions and making recommendations
  • Demonstrate ability to write clear, concise, consistent, and accurate communications that conveys information that will influence sales and achieve marketing goals

Order Analyst (Twinsburg, OH)

We are hiring an Order Analyst to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Growing sales through strong account management skills and a thorough understanding of retail – specifically, Specialty retailers & Mass Merchants.
  • Managing all activities associated with regional and/or independent accounts to assure profitable sales increases – creates and drives short- and long-term sales development plans

 Warehouse - Production, Shipping and Receiving: 1st and 2nd (Streetsboro, OH)

Position Description:

We are looking for both full and part-time workers that thrive in a fast-paced, team environment. The ideal candidate is motivated, has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Hiring for Production, Shipping and Receiving on our 1st and our 2nd Shifts. Our 2nd shift works 4 – 10 hour days per week (Monday – Thursday). Shift premium applies.

Required Experience:

  • Experience preferred in Warehouse Operations
  • Forklift and RF Scanner experience (for Shipping) a plus but not necessary
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
