Position Description:

Consumer products company is currently seeking a highly organized, motivated, aggressive and energetic individual to join our organization.  The ideal candidate must possess international sourcing experience (preferably with consumer products), exceptional communication skills, the ability to work independently as well as collaborate between cross functional teams.

As a member of our team, the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include managing forecasts, international and domestic sourcing of products, negotiating with suppliers, determining purchase quantities, pricing and placing orders, as well as the follow-up and record keeping necessary to support the purchasing function.  Ideal candidate will also have an overall understanding of the business strategies as they apply to our new product development programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or similar discipline

Senior E-commerce Sales Manager (Streetsboro, OH or Seattle, WA)

Summary:

The eCommerce Category Manager is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the eCommerce business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies. Responsible for mining, analyzing and preparing data to understand customer trends & behavior, improve sales & marketing efforts and optimize strategy for key E-commerce customers. E-commerce day-to-day management for Amazon and others as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, measure, analyze, implement and report on all key performance indicators (POS and sales data, customer pricing and margins, planned or potential programs)
  • Identify opportunities via data driven insights and trends and develop actionable strategy and plans
  • Daily Amazon administrative support including assistance with reporting, 3rd party monitoring, product listing/photo maintenance, among other tasks
  • Develop and execute promotions and AMS in coordination with sales/marketing teams
  • Analyze performance of product and marketing investments with key E-commerce accounts to determine impact and ROI
  • Utilize ERP system to estimate forecasting in collaboration with purchasing/inventory teams and run reporting
  • Develop and execute performance dashboards/reports as well as perform ad hoc and recurring analyses
  • Monitor and manage customer reviews, effectively resolving customer service issues
  • Support day-to-day E-commerce event management
  • Manage UX of the company's consumer-facing E-commerce website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns
  • Develop and oversee the effective planning, QA and execution of content across all online E-commerce platforms
  • Manage all aspects of web analytics related to E-commerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Identify opportunities via data driven insights and trends and develop actionable recommendations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience with B2B E-commerce platforms and leading E-commerce retailers including Amazon
  • Sophisticated understanding of web analytics tools (Amazon Retail Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) and E-commerce reporting
  • Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions
  • Ability to generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase E-commerce sales and profitability
  • Identify new areas of E-commerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking
  • Superior organizational/project management skills – ability to work on multiple projects

Graphic Designer (Streetsboro, OH) 

Position Description:

We are looking for a motivated Production Graphic Designer to contribute in the development and evolution of our brands in all aspects of the visual identity and style across all channels both internally and externally. Let’s take it to the next level!

The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the Creative Director, Art Director, Design Team Members and Cross-Functional Partners to create best in class packaging, infographics, sell sheets, photographic images, product pitches, digital content, web banners and graphics for both the Spectrum & Tovolo brands.

You will also have a substantial role in maintaining our small in-house photography studio, shoot photos, and use your mastery of Photoshop to manipulate images for perfect lifestyle and product shots.

You will also maintain the photo asset management system, i.e. uploading, purging, etc. This also includes keeping our photo tracking document up to date.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with marketing and sales departments to understand and meet design needs
  • Take direction and translate ideas and concepts to meet project objectives  
  • Leverage your creativity and graphic design/technical expertise to produce top quality work
  • Possess the ability to set priorities and be accountable for projects from conceptual start to final design
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day computer issues and work on from Mac as well as keep up with changing technology and trends
  • Manage multiple Marketing, Design, Production projects, and their deadlines simultaneously
  • Exhibit a great attention to detail, nothing gets by you
  • Edit and proofread Marketing Materials

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’experience in an in-house marketing/design department, multi-disciplinary design studio or creative agency completing both design and production projects. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Expertise working on Mac and utilizing Adobe Creative Suite software specifically with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and on a MAC is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word are also necessary.
  • Photography skills, image manipulation, and retouching skills. 
  • Strong and current print production knowledge and capability
  • Strong understanding of how visual design contributes to an overall brand identity. 
  • Strong sense of typography, composition, and color with a sharp eye for detail. 
  • Excellent communication skills required to effectively complete emergent projects and communicate with the sales and marketing team. 
  • Must provide a link to portfolio to be considered.

 Additional Desired Experience:

  • Knowledge in video editing is a plus

Product/Project Manager (Streetsboro, OH)

Summary:

The Product/Project Manager is responsible for coordinating efforts across multiple departments to drive effective and efficient product introduction. This role will interface with sales, design, art, and procurement teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned Brands from Sourcing RFQ through production and final inspection.
  • Manage various projects to keep project on tracked timeline.
  • Proactively communicate potential delays and strategize to put project back on projected timeline.
  • Drive packaging kick off meetings with design team to ensure timelines are met.
  • Daily Supplier communications: facilitation of packaging artwork and issuing revisions or product & packaging approvals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with assistance as from Design and Engineering team as necessary.
  • Work with QA team to ensure product details are accurate.
  • Final QA gatekeeper working with factory to solve after-market product improvements required.
  • Deliver absolute best cost, safe product with high quality control standards and fast delivery.
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and support achievement of team initiatives and maintain exceptional attendance.
  • Allow for flexibility and change within a dynamic, growing department.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years’ work place experience in relevant houseware or consumer product field
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent Project Management and troubleshooting skills, highly organized, ability to multi-task
  • Expert knowledge of product development cycle, production and packaging
  • Basic knowledge with Adobe creative suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) is a bonus

 Warehouse - Production, Shipping and Receiving: 1st and 2nd (Streetsboro, OH)

Position Description:

We are looking for both full and part-time workers that thrive in a fast-paced, team environment. The ideal candidate is motivated, has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Hiring for Production, Shipping and Receiving on our 1st and our 2nd Shifts. Our 2nd shift works 4 – 10 hour days per week (Monday – Thursday). Shift premium applies.

Required Experience:

  • Experience preferred in Warehouse Operations
  • Forklift and RF Scanner experience (for Shipping) a plus but not necessary
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
