Regional Sales Manager/National Account Manager


  • Building sales through strong relationships and a thorough understanding of retail – including mass merchant, home improvement,/ big box, hardware/ co-op, drug, grocery and specialty channels.
  • Managing all activities associated with national and/or independent accounts to assure profitable sales increases – creates and drives short and long term sales development plans
  • Developing customer presentations, line reviews and related strategic presentations
  • Identifying and securing new account prospects to achieve strategic goals 
  • Creating, implementing and managing account sales plans and securing business approval to implement
  • Facilitating new business development, the introduction of new product categories, new item market tests and product launches
  • Effectively communicating internally and externally to generate long-term sales growth, including working closely with all business functions such as product management, marketing, sales management, inventory planning, logistics, customer care and finance
  • Developing fact-based category planograms, in-store merchandising plans, trade marketing programs, advertising calendars and monthly forecasting
  • Additional duties as required
  • Potential to contribute to or lead international sales efforts


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related business discipline preferred or equivalent professional sales experience and accomplishments
  • 8+ years of sales and sales management experience working for a supplier/manufacturer or buying experience working for a national and/ or independent retailer.
  •  A thorough understanding of the national and independent retailer network in North America
  • Accomplishments managing large complex customers or suppliers.
  • Demonstrated experience selling or creating programs and managing product mix to improve profitability year over year 
  • Success with a broad, sku-intensive product mix and broad customer profile
  • Demonstrated experience identifying and communicating market needs that are critical to success – ability to conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and define a clear winning sales strategy 
  • A proven track record of success driving sales growth year over year – including the acquisition of new accounts and managing multiple merchant relationships within a single retail partnership
  • Knowledge of how to expand a market through merchandising and pull programs rather than through price concessions – a strong desire and drive to double a business in 3-4 years
  • Experience managing line review programs to win business and listings by inspiring and leading cross functional teams to understand the critical-to-success market, channel requirements and merchant needs and decision criteria 
  • Identifies risk and develops plans to mitigate 
  • Understands, appreciates and exemplifies quality in all aspects of work

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Strong reasoning, negotiating and analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, must display a strong sense of urgency and can work independently.
  • Willingness and ability for up to 50% overnight travel; some peak periods of intense trade show activity.
  • Experience managing independent sales agents, both strategically and tactically to engage, create and monitor quantifiable metrics and sales planning goals
  • International sales experience a plus

SolidWorks Designer

Create solid models and technical drawings using SolidWorks to assist the Industrial Design department with new product development. Take product concepts through to production by producing engineering drawings, renderings, detailed diagrams of products and patent drawings. This role is a component of an industrial design team which is flexible and resourceful in order to best support new product development.


  • Take new product concepts and realize them in SolidWorks
  • Create technical drawings in SolidWorks
  • Inspect prototypes against technical drawings and provide inspection reports
  • Create product renderings, patent drawings, and line art


  • Associates degree (2 yr.) or equivalent experience using SolidWorks
  • 2 years experience in an engineering or industrial design group
  • High proficiency using SolidWorks
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity; keen attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with production methods and materials, especially wire forming, steel stamping, plastic injection molding, casting and forging furbish 
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative suite

 Warehouse - Production, Shipping and Receiving: 1st and 2nd 

Position Description:

We are looking for both full and part-time workers that thrive in a fast-paced, team environment. The ideal candidate is motivated, has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Hiring for Production, Shipping and Receiving on our 1st and our 2nd Shifts. Our 2nd shift works 4 – 10 hour days per week (Monday – Thursday). Shift premium applies.

Required experience:

  • Experience preferred in Warehouse Operations
  • Forklift and RF Scanner experience (for Shipping) a plus but not necessary

Required education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
