Tovolo Approved Popsicle Recipes
1 C chopped cantaloupe
2 C frozen strawberries
2 C soy milk (vanilla flavored)
4 T honey
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into your favorite Tovolo pop molds and let freeze for at least four hours. Run pop mold quickly under warm water to help ice pop easily slide out. For a fruitier, less creamy pop, eliminate the soy milk.

4-6 C chopped seedless watermelon
1/2 C cranberry juice
Juice of 1 lime
Honey to taste
Puree all ingredients and pour into Tovolo pop molds. These can also be poured into Tovolo's Perfect and King Ice Cube Trays. Once frozen, they are great in carbonated water for a refreshing change. For a little added zing, add a slice of lime before freezing.

1 pineapple, chopped into small cubes
3-4 T honey, depending on sweetness of pineapple
Blend pineapple (you may need to add a small amount of water to aid the blending process) until smooth. Pour mixture into your favorite Tovolo pop molds and let freeze for at least four hours. Run the pop mold quickly under warm water so ice pop slides out easily.
This mixture can also be poured into Tovolo's Perfect and King Ice Cube Trays. Once frozen, the cubes are a delicious addition to a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice. Tip for entertaining: these cubes are delightfully refreshing additions to rum drinks!

3 very ripe mangos
3 C mango juice
Blend mangos thoroughly for a smooth texture or puree only slightly for a chunkier pop. Fill the molds halfway with the mango puree, then top with mango juice. This creates a beautiful and delicious two-layer mango pop.
6 C fresh strawberries
Juice of 1-2 lemons
3 T honey
Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor (honey is not necessary if the strawberries are sweet). Once blended, pour into your favorite Tovolo pop molds.
